Doris’ career spans more than 25 years in financial services across Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles in Frankfurt, Tokyo, Singapore and London. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Credit Suisse International chairing the Board Risk Committee. She holds a NED position at ZOPA Ltd., a UK peer-to-peer lender and is a Trustee of the Climate Bond Initiative. Her most recent executive role was Group Chief Operating Officer of Standard Chartered Bank. During her career at Standard Chartered Bank she served as the Group Head of Market Risk and the Chief Operating Officer for Wholesale Banking before becoming a member of the bank’s executive management team as Group Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Standard Chartered she had global responsibility for Dresdner Kleinwort’s market risk function. Doris holds a German Diploma in Mathematics and Economics and Master Degree of Applied Mathematics from of the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, where she studied under a Fulbright Scholarship. She is currently a Fellow of Harvard University’s Advanced Leadership Program.
Mike is the Founder and President of Wildlife Works, a pioneering wildlife conservation company financed by the development and management of REDD+ programs. With over 20 years of experience working directly with developing country governments, private sector and local communities on implementing conservation projects, Mike has led Wildlife Works to become one of the world’s leaders in REDD+. In 2012, Mike founded Code Redd, a nonprofit whose mission is to support and scale the REDD+ mechanism. Under Mike’s leadership, Code Redd launched its consumer initiative, Stand for Trees to raise awareness about the impact of protecting forests and provide a platform to act. Before starting Wildlife Works, Mike co-founded and built one of the leading management consulting companies in the U.S., Axiom Management Consulting.
