Formerly the Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities at both ANZ Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort, the investment banking division of Allianz, and responsible for managing teams comprised of over 2000 staff, he has an exemplary track record in risk management, identifying value opportunities & building high-performance teams. Eddie is also a former board director of Carbon Trading, a joint venture initiative of Dresdner and Gazprom, former committee member of Singapore Foreign Exchange Committee (SFEMC), and former member of the board of SIFMA (The Securities and Financial Markets Association) in London.
Geoff is the former Global Head of ANZ Commodities, responsible for all product development, trading, sales and physical logistics.

Anna has over 20 years of experiences in various professional firms in Australia, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
Her professional experiences include operation and marking in the food industry; accounting in an IT and telecommunication company; professional company secretarial work, taxation and auditing in an audit firm; managing client relationships in the corporate services industry; and finance in Higher Education Sector.
Anna holds double bachelor degrees in Accounting and Food & Nutrition. She is a qualified accountant and a member of the CPA, Australia.
Sharona has advised a wide range of clients on legal aspects of climate finance and risk as well as domestic and international climate law. Most recently she was a climate change lawyer at Baker McKenzie.
Anna has more than 17 years experience in corporate finance, risk management and carbon strategy implementation in the finance and metal and mining sectors across Europe and Asia.
Most recently she led the establishment of the Global Carbon Desk, servicing regulatory and voluntary demand for carbon offsets across BHP Commodities.
Tim is an experienced corporate advisor having been involved in M&A, financing, and investment transactions across a broad range of industries including carbon markets, natural resources, infrastructure, and technology.
He was most recently a Senior Associate at Privatus Capital Partners, where he led the execution of Viridios Group’s Series B raise. Prior to joining Privatus, Tim was an Analyst at Credit Suisse. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from The Australian National University.”

Evan is a go-to-market specialist and climate advocate with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, venture investing, and climate technology. He holds a BA in Environmental Science from Middlebury College and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Sharon has over 15 years of experience in HR and Executive positions across varying industries including hospitality, technology, and manufacturing.

Sharon has a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Human Resource and Manufacturing Management from Victoria University and an MBA from Macquarie University.
Alice is a soil carbon technical expert with experience in corporate agricultural asset management, agricultural research and nature based solutions project management.
Alice was previously at South Pole, where she led the Australian Projects Technical Team.
Prior to this, she designed and implemented a net zero strategy for a portfolio of agricultural assets. She has a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management and a Graduate Certificate in Agriculture.
Alec is an experienced operations and risk specialist within the commodity derivatives market focusing on agricultural, oil and carbon trading.
Growing up in regional NSW, he has a passion for agriculture and subsequently commodities trading, leading to a career in wool trading for Lempriere
Australia and later grain trading operations for Bunge Australia. Previous positions have also included Middle Office Manager and Head of the Risk Committee for Mandara Capital in London, an oil derivatives proprietary trading company and Head of Operations for Merryville agribusiness, a privately owned company focusing on livestock and commodity production and trading.
James has worked in the UK/EU emissions trading scheme as well as the voluntary carbon market over the last few years, largely undertaking business development and account management duties. He holds a BA degree in French and Spanish from the University of Leeds as well as qualifications from the Corporate Finance Institute.
Daniel has more than 20 years experience in the private and public sector in regulatory, compliance, policy and program management roles, including in landscape restoration programs and climate policy. Most recently Daniel led the Australian Government’s certification program supporting businesses and organisations that measure, reduce, offset and disclose their emissions. Daniel holds a BSc (Hons) and Masters in Environmental Management and Development.
Julia is an environmental engineer with extensive technical and stakeholder management experience in carbon, energy and climate change projects. In previous roles at Pangolin Associates and Woodside Energy (7 years), she has worked across ERF project development and execution, carbon modelling, greenhouse gas assessments, NGER compliance, offset strategies, operational energy efficiency (oil and gas), long-term emissions forecasting, and environmental risk management.
Shanti is an expert in climate projects and environmental solutions, previously working for South Pole leading the project origination team. Shanti’s background broadly encompasses working on renewable energy, ecology, and nature-based solution projects. His strengths are in initiating new projects and building relationships both on the project and financing side.
He has extensive experience in structuring projects for investment and also brings experience with new methodologies such as VM0041 on Reducing Enteric Methane Emissions from Beef Cattle and Dairy. Shanti also has experience with ecosystem restoration and biodiversity projects in Australia.

Prior to joining Viridios Capital, Samantha held prominent roles at the Royal Bank of Canada, both in the London and Sydney offices where she demonstrated her ability to foster robust client relationships.
Recently Samantha has transitioned into a Corporate Solutions role at Viridios Capital for the APAC region, leveraging her extensive experience in client liaison and her in depth knowledge of the operations side of the business to further contribute to the company’s success.

Doris’ career spans more than 25 years in financial services across Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles in Frankfurt, Tokyo, Singapore and London. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Credit Suisse International chairing the Board Risk Committee.
She holds a NED position at ZOPA Ltd., a UK peer-to-peer lender and is a Trustee of the Climate Bond Initiative. Her most recent executive role was Group Chief Operating Officer of Standard Chartered Bank. During her career at Standard Chartered Bank she served as the Group Head of Market Risk and the Chief Operating Officer for Wholesale Banking before becoming a member of the bank’s executive management team as Group Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Standard Chartered she had global responsibility for Dresdner Kleinwort’s market risk function. Doris holds a German Diploma in Mathematics and Economics and Master Degree of Applied Mathematics from of the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, where she studied under a Fulbright Scholarship. She is currently a Fellow of Harvard University’s Advanced Leadership Program.
Mike is the Founder and President of Wildlife Works, a pioneering wildlife conservation company financed by the development and management of REDD+ programs.
With over 20 years of experience working directly with developing country governments, private sector and local communities on implementing conservation projects, Mike has led Wildlife Works to become one of the world’s leaders in REDD+. In 2012, Mike founded Code Redd, a nonprofit whose mission is to support and scale the REDD+ mechanism. Under Mike’s leadership, Code Redd launched its consumer initiative, Stand for Trees to raise awareness about the impact of protecting forests and provide a platform to act. Before starting Wildlife Works, Mike co-founded and built one of the leading management consulting companies in the U.S., Axiom Management Consulting.

She chairs the Coalition for Conservation and is an active member of the Liberal Party as Vice President of NSW Women’s Council, and Secretary of the NSW Energy and Environment Policy Branch. She is also an entrepreneur, having founded SalDoce Fine Foods, an award-winning food company which manufactures allergen sensitive foods, and is a co-owner of the organic foods retail chain Naked Foods. Cristina is passionate about the environment, female empowerment, and diversity. She holds degrees from the University of London, the University of Sydney, and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
